All book sales are final. We do not accept returns for reasons of preference, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction.

 

If your book arrives defective (e.g., damaged in shipping, missing or misprinted pages, manufacturing defect), please contact INFO@CRYSTALKAYEEBZEB.COM within 15 days of the delivery date with your order number and a description (and photo, if possible) of the defect.

 

We will review each case individually and make it right through a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
