Like many of my clients, I know what it feels like to be stuck.
I come from a long line of shamans and healers, on both sides of my family—a lineage I felt from a young age but didn't always know how to carry. I tried traditional talk therapy for years. I could understand my problems mentally, but I couldn't break free from the patterns keeping me trapped.
In 2020, during the pandemic's pause, I finally turned toward what I'd been avoiding: my own gifts. I returned to my lineage, and began working with energy, ancestry, and the spiritual dimensions of healing that talk therapy doesn't reach.
What I found changed everything—when we heal and clear blocks at the soul level, we naturally rise into our purpose and power.
I don't just help you heal. I help you transform into who you're meant to become—which is also why I wrote The Human Experience, a collection of the stories my clients trusted me to witness, and the story of how I found my way back to mine.
