You're doing all the right things. Showing up, working hard, pouring yourself into the people around you. But somewhere underneath all of that, there's a voice that keeps you second-guessing, shrinking, spinning. You've noticed the pattern. You understand it. And it's still there.
This is the work that goes beneath the surface. Not motivation, not mindset shifts you have to keep reminding yourself of. We get to the root belief, the one that's been subconsciously running the show, and we change it at the foundation.
Then we keep going. Once the old belief is cleared, we build what comes next: a clear vision for your life and the daily practices and choices that help you live it. I don't hand you insight and send you on your way. I walk beside you as you become who you were always meant to be.

Our 90 days
Here's what our journey will look like
Our 90 days together move through three phases, and each one builds on the last.

Clarity and Vision
Sessions 1 and 2
We start with where you're going. In our first session, I connect with the Universe and your Soul to name the life you're being called toward and the pattern standing in the way. Then we trace that pattern back to the root belief underneath it, the one that has been subconsciously running the show.

Release and Rewrite
Sessions 3 and 4
This is where the deep healing happens. Depending on what your pattern is rooted in, we may use past life healing, energetic clearing, or guidance from your spirit guides. As the old belief clears, we write the new one together: the truth you're choosing to live from now.

Embody and Rise
Sessions 5 and 6
Change becomes real when you live it. We focus on the choices and boundaries that reflect who you're becoming. In our final session, we anchor everything you've grown into and map out your path forward after our time together ends.
What's included
Six 60-minute sessions
Every session is divinely guided and works on what's showing up in your life right now: the overthinking, the yes you didn't mean, the doubt that follows every decision.
Soul Practices
After each session, you'll receive a practice, reflection, or ritual to carry the work into your everyday life.
Recorded calls
Every session is recorded so you can return to the transmissions, messages, and guidance whenever you need them.
Between-session support and accountability
Throughout our 90 days together, you can reach me by email or voice memo for reflections, questions, wins, and check-ins on the steps you've committed to. I respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
