By contributing to this fundraising campaign, you agree to the following terms:

1. Purpose of Donations

   • All donations support the writing, editing, and production of the book. Contributions are used at the author's discretion to bring this project to completion.

2. Non-Refundable Contributions

   • All donations are final and non-refundable. By contributing, you acknowledge that you are making a voluntary donation to support a creative project.

3. Fulfillment of Rewards

   • Donors who contribute at tiers with rewards (signed copies, acknowledgments, sessions, etc.) will receive those rewards upon the book's completion and publication. Estimated publication date is winter 2026 or spring 2027, though this timeline may change.

4. Timeline Changes

   • The publication timeline is subject to change due to creative process, editing schedules, and unforeseen circumstances. Donors will be notified of significant delays or changes via email or social media updates.

5. Acknowledgments

   • Donors eligible for acknowledgment in the book will be contacted to confirm the name they wish to appear in print. If we do not receive a response within the requested timeframe, your contribution will still be appreciated, but your name may not appear in the published book.

6. Content Changes

   • The author reserves the right to make creative decisions regarding the book's content, title, cover design, and structure. While donor input may be welcomed at certain tiers, final decisions rest with the author.

7. Sessions and Personal Services For tiers that include healing sessions, coaching calls, or other personal services:

   • Services must be scheduled within 12 months of the book's publication unless otherwise agreed upon

   • Sessions are subject to the author's availability

   • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the service

8. Book Format and Distribution

   • The book will be published in a format determined by the author (physical, digital, or both). Donors will receive their rewards in the format specified at their tier level.

9. Privacy

   • Donor information (name, email, payment details) will be kept confidential and used only for campaign updates and reward fulfillment unless you explicitly consent to public recognition.

10. Project Completion

    • While every effort will be made to complete and publish the book, the author cannot guarantee publication. In the unlikely event the project is cancelled, donors will be notified, but contributions are non-refundable as they support the creative process itself.

11. Tax Deductibility

    • Donations to this campaign are not tax-deductible as this is a personal creative project, not a registered nonprofit organization.

12. Communication

    • The author will provide periodic updates on the book's progress via email and social media. Donors are responsible for ensuring their contact information is current.

13. Changes to Terms

    • The author reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to donors and posted publicly.
